Metal smelting furnaces aren't what most people think of when they hear "innovation," but my time as an R&D engineer showed me otherwise. Working with mining clients around the world, I developed new sensing technologies and saw firsthand the power of testing ideas quickly. However, I also experienced the challenges: overcoming internal gaps, navigating red tape, and bridging funding needs. Roundtable is meant to remove these barriers.
